TDM Apprenticeships

We are thrilled to announce that TDM are now an approved centre for @staffsuni and we are validated for our Degree Apprenticeship Programmes with them (both the Digital Technology Solutions Professional and Digital Marketer Level 6 Apprenticeships) 🎓 This means we are now fully able to support our employer partners with developing their employees on these degree programmes. TDM are excited by the partnership, because we have found that Staffordshire University are highly credible, both in terms of their awareness of Apprenticeships delivery and their expertise in digital marketing and tech and digital sectors, and our programmes have improved as a result. Our Degrees will be awarded by Staffordshire University and the Apprenticeships awarded by @ifateched .

Following the relaunch of our Degree programmes with @staffsuni , TDM are now collaborating with @microsoft on the delivery of their “skills first” Degree Apprenticeships approach as part of their workforce planning and tech skills development agendas. We would like to thank Rebecca King, Hannah Garland and Sharon Hunt from Microsoft and Maighréad Hegarty, Liz Myatt, Robin Oldham and Kathryn Mitchell from Staffordshire University for the exciting partnership journey so far. It has been great to see just how much of a match our respective values-based approaches have been and to see the care for the development of people in the organisation. Our collective learning journey has already begun. We believe in a skills-first approach to apprenticeship design. We want our degree apprentices to: - Develop the skills that are in high demand in the digital economy; - Demonstrate them through the work they do as well as the industry-recognised standards and assessments; - Have a growth mindset and a passion for learning to continually develop technical, personal and cognitive skills.

Last week, marked our annual Graduation ceremony - an afternoon to celebrate the achievements of our Level 3, 4 and Degree level Apprentices alongside their employers, mentors and loved ones 🎓 Seeing the drive, determination and commitment these individuals show and the success they achieve, drives what we do here at TDM. With graduation not only celebrating the learners, but also each person who plays a key part within an apprentice's journey - from initial application, right through to completion! And a BIG thank-you to the employers and mentors who support apprentices throughout their journey, helping them develop the key skills they need to succeed and providing support and guidance throughout 👏 Without an employer, the apprenticeship wouldn't exist!
