Starting out in the small but lovely scene in her hometown Weimar, she has since been constantly seeking out small magical parallel realities in which to blossom. Over the past years she has moved through the musical realms of Leipzig, Marseille and Berlin, her Interest always shifting to newly emerging influences. From Baile Funk over Ballroom to fast Breaks, Drum&Bass and Dub(-step), what glues her style together is a certain playfullness, queer coded samples and cute vibez. TRNMIX016: multicœur 💗💗💗 Berlin based artist "multicoeur" defines herself by the musical spheres and relationships she moved through in the past, soaking up the energies in spaces of collective catharsis. Invaluable experiences of freedom and relief through music and dancing molding her identity and her style into what it is today. Mostly moving in the realm of fast bass-music with a good dose of breaks and clearly not having been left untouched by her time living in Marseille, it encapsulates a broad spectrum of genres. Her sets never following a straight line but instead taking the scenic route, moving along a path with many twists and turns, the focus laying on artist ic experimentation and letting loose. In this mix she capture’s an emotional journey in her inner self. It starts off from a darker place and moves through to a period of calm, beauty and reflection. 💥💥 Alllllrightyyy, listen up, cause this is a real special one! 💎👄 It's a recording of the set i played at the @lapislazuli.bass Event at @transit.club and it was honestly some of the most fun i ever had! There was just such a wholesome vibe all throughout, and that is in great part thanks to the amazing Aniqua @bassb0uncebeby and FLAX @officialfritzi getting so many talented cuties under one roof that night and giving them room to shine. I can't send enough love to those two, and i highly suggest following the amazing work they are doing!💖💖💖 What makes me most happy is, that it transports all the emotions that i felt in that Moment so well, that i recognise a certain queer-energy, and through that, so much of me and my personality within it and that there was the most lovely crowd to receive it all. 💃 It meant so much to me to play in this beautiful Space, and combined with the whole experience around it, i just felt so so right and at home. It made clear to me again, how much this scene means to me and what it can accomplish, when it all comes from a place of pure love. Creating an atmosphere, in which I just felt so incredibly comfortable and connected to the beings around me. Like i was exactly where i am supposed to be. A few months ago (again...not much of a social media person :D) bod [包家巷] @baojiaxiang was invited to record an ambient-mix for @evo_natura and tagged me along to record one half of it. :) It was broadcast on @movement_athens . You can find it reposted on my Soundcloud ✨ #linkinbio ✨. My Part starts at 28:16 min (but of course it is recommend you listen to the whole thang \^-^/) I was very thankful for this opportunity. It was a really fun and freeing experience to tap into this energy and I'm honestly still very happy with the result. I enjoyed breaking loose of the structures of more rhythm oriented music and dissolve into the harmonies and textures, manipulating, morphing them and just letting myself be lead by the stream of whatever layed ahead. Much love goes out to @baojiaxiang for always shining a light on other artists (In that vein, check out their release "Music Made by Other People" +, if you are in Berlin, their event-series "LUNA") and for making me gain a whole new perspective on what this whole DJing thing can be.

I will also combine this with a little write up on why i was shy to share back when it was released: Truth be told, i've been struggling with this for years now everytime i involve myself in a creative process. Once i did or created something, afterwards, there is always this voice inside my head talking down the meaning and significance of it all. This leads to me holding myself back and not getting stuff out there, since i am telling myself, that what i do is just not noteworthy anyways. Now, especially with DJing and mixes, i just felt like it won't mean anything, that it's nothing special, there're already thousands of them out there and i don't matter in all of it. But the reality of it is, that this is something that has stuck with me over many, many years now and has given me an endless amount of energy, created deep bonds and, especially in times, where i simply don't have a lot of means of self expression, gives me a way of feeling incredibly alive in, and passionate about something. It gives me strength to control this voice in me, helps nurture healthy patterns of thinking and makes me feel loved by myself. Music will stay with me. And i will stay with it and continue this journey. So join me, if you connect to what i'm doing, there is definitely more to come. 🌈🧚🏼‍♀️
