Noticing big shifts & the growth in myself over the last year. Feeling a lot of gratitude for @circle_of_brotherhood for the community & collective wisdom that has shaped my life, equipping me to show up stronger for myself, better serve those in my world, find balance & ultimately step into my power as a man.
I remember joining my first brotherhood circle in March last year and talking about feeling lost, adopting a performance of cool & calm while underneath intimidated & unable to express authentically. A path of dulling myself down to fit in & being the “nice guy”, thinking this was the way, only led me to disconnect from myself.
These weekends taught me to be both loud & humble. They taught me that healthy expression of aggression is not only ok, but also necessary. The same energy that builds & protects, is the one that can be destructive if it’s suppressed. Recognising the power in yourself as a man gives you responsibility for it. True grounded “cool & calm” presence comes from knowing you are powerful.

A few memories. Looking back through these has made me realise just how incredible this last year has been.
Travelled a lot of miles, seen a few things, climbed a few mountains, physically, mentally, emotionally. Spent a lot of the last year alone by choice. It’s been a year of take, and now it’s time to give back.
2024 looking f*cking sweet ✌🏼
How today started. Come get me Nessie.
Promised myself I’d go for a morning swim no matter how rough I was feeling from yesterdays 62km day. Didn’t expect it to be this beautiful. If I didn’t have another 52km stage to do, another few days here would have been bliss.
What a place to camp for a multi day ultra marathon @ultraxco

An incredible weekend with incredible people. A long weekend in Portimao as part of Journey The Breath facilitation course.
It’s amazing how much can shift in just a few days when you’re in the right environment, with the right people, committed to the process & in such a well held container - led by someone not only incredibly knowledgeable but someone who cares deeply & who’s heart is truly in the work. @patdivilly I can’t thank you enough. Looking forward to taking those family portraits for you!
Excited to bring what I’ve learnt into my daily life & share that with others

🌞✨ GLASTO, YOU BEAUTY! ✨🌞
That’s a wrap on an unforgettable week at @silver.hayes , where we brought the calm into the chaos.
From backstage stretches to post-set shoulder resets, team of @aim2be was on hand with movement, massage and moments to breathe — helping artists and crew feel grounded, loose, and a little more human amidst the madness.
Big love to every tired bod, tense tech, and buzzing creative who let us work our magic 💛 Your bodies did the most — we were just there to help them keep going.
Silver Hayes — you move fast, but we kept up.
See you back in the room for 2027 😉

3 & a half hours to backflip. Doing things purely for the fun of it & look what happens. Next goal is taking away the mats.
Massive thank you to @fitwithtash_ you’re an absolute star, an amazing coach & you take an accidental smack in the face like a champ 👀 lucky you can sit at a safe distance & watch now
I’m gonna be so annoying once I nail this skill

Celebrating 32. Been a year of lots of growth & change. Spent the past few years on a lot of solo adventures, this year was all about connections. Grateful to have good friends to share these adventures & experiences with.
Almost forgot that’s what it’s all about.
Back in my favourite place on Earth, a spot I found by pure luck during a particularly difficult time a few birthdays ago. This place will always hold special meaning to me
The untrained marathon. London. What a day. All the hype about this race is real.
Never had any interest in running London Marathon, but when I qualified with good for age entry last year I thought I better give it a whirl.
Last June I put my running shoes in the bin, quite literally, so a few months before London realised I’d better shake the dust off & see if I have any legs left. Did a few park runs. 10km felt a bit far. Few weeks before the race added in a few interval sessions, and actually started feeling pretty good, but peaked my longest run at about 15km.
I had absolutely no idea what time I would be able to run, and up until the taper my only intention was to go & enjoy it (and not suffer too much). A few clients asked about times, the thought of a sub 3 kept coming into mind but was also laughable. But the closer I got to the race the more I had it set in my mind that I was going sub 3 no matter how much it hurt.
Race day was seriously hot by 9am. Luckily off in the first wave, before the heat peaked & hoping the quality runners around would mostly carry me to the finish line. Clocked 4:10/km like a metronome, anything under 4 for too long would have killed me off. In a fair bit of discomfort after only 15km, thought there’s absolutely no chance I’m gonna make it but I’d rather go until I drop. If you let your mind go before your body, you’ll always wonder if you could have done it. The crowd absolutely pulled me through, atmosphere so epic, big cheers makes your hairs stand on end.
I’m so used to sprint finishes, negative splits, and getting a rush when you know you’re almost there, but even 3km from the finish I wasn’t convinced. My last 400m sprint was the hardest I’d driven my arms all day & the slowest I’d moved. Crossed the line 2:57 & only 11 minutes off last year. Absolutely chuffed. Now I can really put this running malarkey to bed.
Great to run another race with @matt_mario_williams who bloody smashed a 2:51. Big thank you to @keita_the_medicine_man & @cinkaychan for the wonderful hospitality. And shout out to @cranks29@ninicranks@janmellis@frankjellis for the support!
And thank you London!
Great trip with the boys. 3rd time snowboarding & loving it/borderline obsessed. Looking forward to getting back on the slopes again in two weeks time. Conversion from skier to snowboarder complete!
Fitting in with the locals. No trip to Scotland is complete without a cold dip with @heatfitnessscotland thanks for showing me the local spot Jack, Jules & Nala 🐕
