Something I love: getting to work with someone I’ve worked with already! It’s such a treat. Often times, when it’s your first shoot, you experience a level of nervousness (which is perfectly normal). It might be our first time meeting each other. You’ve invested your hard earned money, so you want it to make sure you get what you want. You’re wondering if you can find the moments that other people have seemed to found. There are plenty of things to worry about—but then when you allow yourself to go through it, you find out that all of this can be way easier than you thought it was going to be. You survived. You liked seeing certain parts of yourself come out. You experienced pleasant surprises—not all the things that could go wrong. And then when you come back, you’re more excited about the possibilities! You’re less afraid of the outcome. There’s a sense of calm and ease that comes from knowing what was once unknown. You prepare with excitement. You show up with ease. You engage the unknown with openness. The work can feel even more fun and even easier, which translates into the outcome. As the cycle continues, it has a compounding effect. You find more ease and more trust within yourself. And the cycle starts with something so simple—realizing that you have the freedom to choose yourself. Moments from a special day with @muggsss_ ! Such a fun experience of exploring and playing again after 2 years! Thank you for bringing so much joy and creative energy into the session 🫶
