🥊 Meet Godwyn Olegario, one of our 2025 Summer Scholarship recipients!
Godwyn joined the program with the goal of building discipline and learning how to defend himself in real-world situations. Over the summer, he trained consistently, showing up with focus and determination every week.
Our scholarships are about more than just training. They’re about creating access, building community, and supporting the next generation of fighters.
✨Ticket sales from our upcoming seminar with Janet Todd will help directly support outreach like the Summer Scholarship program.
Huge thanks to our sponsors, donors, and to our partnering gyms for opening their doors and welcoming our athletes.

2025 Summer Scholarship Update ☀️🥊
We’re proud to share that our Summer Scholarship Program welcomed over 40 applicants and awarded 10 scholarships to young athletes in our community. These gym memberships were made possible by the generous support of our major gym partners at Kings Combat, Hinds Combat Sports, and Rose Muay Thai.
Thanks to our sponsors Superare, Southpaw Stitches, and Satrawoot, our recipients also received assistance with free gear and apparel to help them train! 🥊🩳🎽
In addition to these 10 spots, we were able to sponsor five children from The Samaritan Village to attend Kings Elmhurst’s summer camp, where they received not only martial arts training but also daily meals. A huge thanks to The Muay Thai Project for generously matching our donations.
That’s 15 youth who had the opportunity to train, grow, and stay connected to community this summer — and we couldn’t have done it without your support. Funds from events like The Soft Launch have made it possible for us to carry forward this mission.
Thank you to our partners, donors, and everyone who believes in bridging combat sports with access and opportunity.

@warriorscup_3pp commentator @liamtalksfights unpacks what makes American Muay Thai so unique — dropping a savage bull shark analogy that sums up the clash of styles perfectly. He also talks about why Muay Thai is resonating with youth across the U.S. and the powerful benefits it brings to the next generation.

Kenny “Juggernaut” Jones, a father of three and great friend of the Muay Thai community was recently diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer.
The community is coming together with a GoFundMe to help him while he is out of work during his chemotherapy treatments for the next 6 months.
Anything you could give will go to helping a great guy support his family while the Juggernaut fights for the win.
Cancer doesn’t have a hope Kenny, we’ve all got your back!!!

Check out this amazing interview that @maddieonair did with our brother John Esposito @jespo625
Thank you Maddie for helping share John’s story with the world!!
We’re only $1,320 from hitting the goal. Please share our post to anyone who could contribute to this great cause.
Check out this amazing initiative by Kevin Ross. The American legend has always been a stand-up guy and given back to the sport. He supported us early on, in so many ways when he didn’t have to.
Please support him in his latest efforts to give back to students in the sport. He aims to support new students and veterans who have served our country. You can follow him at dasoulassassin and @dasoulartist
Please forward this mission of help to any people or companies who may be interested in supporting this great effort.
On 9/24 the Muay Thai community came together to support John Esposito @jespo625 . John led us on a 1 mile hike followed by a training session & BBQ.
Manny Casais @red.arrow.productions put together this amazing video which captures the spirit of the day.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and those who supported from afar.
Dorian Price, @gemstars_inc , sends a message to John Esposito about John’s embodiment of the Martial Arts and Warrior’s Spirit.
In 2017 Dorian came back from a simultaneous double KO to claim victory. If anyone knows what the Warrior’s Spirit looks like, it’s him!
Thank you @gemstars_inc
