Intro to BOXING!!
Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm-6pm
You’ll learn our number system, proper punch technique and defensive responsibility, footwork, combinations and how to work the heavy bag.
This is a 4 week course designed to get you prepared to join the Monday - Friday Intermediate Class from 6pm-7pm.
We have a unique approach to our Boxing classes, where we structure them in a similar format to our Muay Thai program that’s created multiple, Regional, National, and World Champions.
Our Boxing classes are packed with quality instruction, a workout designed to push you to be your best, and punch out any daily stress that might be plaguing you.

Unfortunately this is all the action @seygetupandprosper got tonight. His opponent was having some health issues at the venue, and after talking to the Doctor decided it was best not to fight. Obviously we are disappointed but we wish him the best and hope he’s ok. Sey had a long road back to the ring. It was no small task getting back here so we are bummed. But I trust in Gods plan. Sey is healthy, mentally and physically locked in. We will get him back to the Ring asap! He was working his way through the series. Setting everything up. Stayed calm and focused on chipping away at his opponent. Then we he saw his opening he shot his shot, perfect technique and got himself a First round TKO over a dangerous athlete for a dangerous Team. Big S/O to our opponent and his team. Nothing but respect.
