Give What You Can, Take What You Need! Join Residence Life for our sustainable swap event through March and April to donate gently used clothing, décor, school supplies, and kitchenware. All items are free for students to take, helping us reuse and reduce waste together. How it works: donate any items you no longer want or need between now and the end of the term. Feel free to take any items you find in the donation bins. the donation bins will be emptied regularly and all items will be sorted through for our main swap day taking place on April 14th , 11:00 - 2:00pm where students, faculty or staff can come and take any items they want for free. Donation Bin locations: Assisi Hall bottom of staircase westwood 3rd floor lounge birch 1-5 lounges Examples of donatable items: lightly used school supplies (books, pencils, rulers, etc) perishable food for mana food bank clothing in good condition (please try to wash donated clothes) cookware in good condition (pots, pans, spatulas, cutting boards, etc) dishware (utensils, cups, plates, etc) decor items (rugs, hooks, white boards, etc) electronics in good condition (lamps, etc) lightly used cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, dish soap, swiffers, etc) * Please note: not all acceptable items are listed, if you have an item that is in good condition, please donate it*

MSVU’s Throwback Party 🎉🪩💃🕺 Come to the Residence Life and Chartwell’s year-end event! There will be games, inflatables, artists, and food! FREE for residents with a POD 5 or POD 7 meal plan. In order to facilitate snow clearing, Westwood, Assisi and Birch Residents are asked to move their vehicles parked in the Westwood, Birch, Evaristus or Assisi parking lots to the cleared parking lots (such as Rosaria and McCain) on campus. Thank you!

Are you looking for a way to get more involved on campus, build leadership skills, and make a real impact in Residence? 🏫❣️ Residence Assistant (RA) applications are now open for the upcoming academic year! RAs play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging community in Residence. From welcoming new students and planning fun events, to providing peer support and being a familiar face on your floor, RAs help make Residence feel like home. You’ll gain valuable leadership experience, connect with fellow students, and work closely with Residence Life staff—all while making lasting memories. ‼️🆕 Application Deadline: Sunday, January 25th at 11:59pm‼️ We can’t wait to hear from you all and best of luck everyone! ☺️
