While our society members regret not being there today to answer questions, many of them were busy taking part in one of the most exciting parts of Child and Youth Studies — practicum placements! As we count down to convocation, we'd like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our graduating executive member @hayley_244 on her remarkable achievements! With a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Studies and the Award of Academic Excellence for having the highest GPA in her class, Hayley's hard work speaks for itself. She's been an integral part of our society since 2023, cherishing moments with amazing people and priceless practicum experiences. We can't wait to see the incredible things she'll do! Before the semester ended our CHYS 4417 class had a gallery for their Knowledge to Action Projects! There were some amazing and creative ideas shared! This gave students the opportunity to showcase their thinking in an interactive and inventive way! A big shoutout to the @eccrc_msvu and the CHYS faculty for attending the event! Thank you to Dr.Jessie-Lee MacIssac for organizing such a wonderful experience. This is an example of all the great ways for CHYS students to get involved in the @msvu_halifax community!
