1 idea. 2 days.
I was at the studio for a photoshoot and ended up in a conversation about my art.
The next day, we planned for me to come back and paint and I literally bought supplies and showed up the SAME day. Crazy.
I painted for 2 hours.
Came back the next day for a few more.
They recorded the process.
Interviewed me right after.
No dragging it out.
No waiting for “the perfect time.”

BIRTHMONTH DUMP + life update!
Wow, this has been an amazing month. So grateful 🤍
I’ve been more in the moment than online lately.
The first three weeks I experienced Accra, Ghana for the very first time. And almost immediately after landing back in the States, I packed up my life and moved to New York 🤭 Talk about extreme weather. From sunny 80° days to an actual blizzard. The warmest it’s been since is about 20°.
A few highlights: 1. Spent my actual birthday at @elevenmadisonpark ✨ 2. Model ON DUTY. 7 photoshoots while overseas 3. Left a piece of me in Ghana. First original of 2026, “FREE TO BE” (70 cm x 90 cm), available @artofmillenea 4–8. Experienced the side of Africa they don’t show in the media 9. Fresh fruit overseas >>>> 10. Ate waakye and jollof almost every day (minus the egg) 11. Walked across 7 bridges, about 100 feet in the air 12. Met so many talented creatives + amazing people 13. Who said braids aren’t a birthday hairstyle? 14. Exactly. 15. Celebrate you. It’s never too much. 16. Left my warm, cozy home to explore NYC 17. Feels good to be home 18. ❄️
