I haven't met a single person who universally dislikes all dumplings. Dumplings are so beloved that almost every culture has their own version of it.
Going down this rabbit hole, we found so many varieties of dumplings - all different shapes, sizes, and fillings. With this variety in mind, we wanted to have some fun with some of the folds we saw in our research and from my past as a Chinese takeout restaurant kid.
