One year ago, I was just looking to hire someoneā¦
Little did I know I was about to find one of the best partners I could ever ask for.
Itās officially been a year working with @jennacarbonell , and I wouldnāt have it any other way.
Sheās freaking hilarious, insanely smart, quick-witted, wildly creative, and knows how to manage like an absolute boss. Sheāll tell you the truth straight to your face (no sugarcoating, no fluff), and somehow balances that with one of the biggest hearts Iāve ever seen in a human. And on top of all that an incredible family woman.
We go way back to our San Diego craft beer days, and getting to come full circleā¦building something together while becoming even better friendsā¦and are basically opposites in all the ways that matterā¦ which magically makes this whole thing work even better.
Some people you work with.āØSome people you build with.
Jennaās the latter. I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside her every day.
Grateful doesnāt even begin to cover it.
