Not only are employers reluctant to hire because many people don't want to work. They are also seeking out solutions to survive and thrive WITHOUT you.
AI is certainly one component. But automation. Robots. Digitally operated systems are also in play.
In China - the trains are NOT operated by humans.
Delivery can be dropped off to you anywhere via drones.
Kiosks are used for fast food and convenience stores and guess what NO HUMANS work them.
You order on a screen. Pay there.
An assembly line gets it together.
You grab it and go.
The cost of human labor will reduce rapidly, because there will only be a need for one maybe two mangers for the systems. So with many wanting the same position the employer will pay what they seem reasonable and for their budget.
All I'M SAYING IS - Figure it out. GET UP!
