Fridays are for story time, and I thought, what other story could I share on a Friday that I’m overwhelmed with gratitude, than a part of my favorite love story?
When I think of all the ways I’ve grown over the past few years, and how God has connected me with the teachers meant for me, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.
Social media has truly been a blessing to me, and it pays to use it well.
Thank you @pst_iren for being such a great teacher and leader. You are nothing short of inspiring and growth-provoking. My generation is so blessed!

We are becoming people of speed.
Quick thumbs, quick laughs, quick exits.
Everything in fragments.
short, sharp, fleeting.
But somewhere in the rush, something is slipping… our attention.
We are losing the quiet art of staying, of following a thought
from beginning to end, of sitting long enough to truly see.
Because we’ve trained our minds to expect everything to move… fast and loud.
And the moment life slows down, we escape it.
Into scrolling.
Into noise.
Into anything that keeps things rolling.
And it shows In the way we struggle to listen.
To communicate.
To think deeply.
To be present.
Reading is not just for “book lovers.” It is for those who choose
to protect their focus, to stretch their minds, to rebuild their attention and to protect the part of your brain responsible for attention, focus, and deep processing.

For as long as I’ve known myself, I’ve been in love with storytelling.
I see beauty in the simplest things… nature, quiet moments, soft details.
And somehow, my mind turns everything into a story.
My imagination is wide… there’s always something going on in there.
Sometimes, I feel like I live there more than here 😂
And the only way I know how to bring it all out… is through writing.
Writing gives life to my thoughts.
