An evening at my Alma mater @bradfield_college teaching the final year pupils how to taste at the wine society (La Confrérie) where I began my wine journey all those years ago. Sharing the delights of the Wine Route with the parents, we touched on the joys of Champagne, the great English wine boom of the 21st century, touring the Adelaide Hills, the wilds of Sonoma and the magic of Bordeaux. Wonderful to be back at the old place.

Found an old set of egg coddlers in the kitchen cupboard. Thought I would put them to good use. Added butter, bacon, chives, salt, pepper. Breakfast of kings.
