Feeling sad and grateful almost exactly one year after the death of this lovable shmoo. (The dog, not the wife.) Gus was a big, gallumphing sweetie who'd been through a lot, and it was a real pleasure to give him a happy & secure home for his final years. RIP to a real one, Sally's deceased older brother, Gus Shipstead-Long.
