SOCiety, I had the pleasure of connecting with @djtwoseventy for ‘2ndskin’ which is his new series highlighting individuals and what they’re passionate about. Outside of learning about passions, he takes the time to ask questions that encompasses the true essence of the person. During our time, I had a shoot scheduled with current client, designer of @gangwani_collection . He caught some BTS of what we’re currently working on and had a chance to touch on some other projects coming up. I love moments like these because it goes back to one of my favorite things I say and that’s, “I’m a living legend.” This story will be told by many one day and I pray that God gets the glory after it’s all said and done! I’m just a vessel fr • it was a blessing and can’t wait for you guys to continue to see how this journey and destiny unfolds.

Started the day commuting into the city, getting to Republic for @anella ’s ‘Ask Me How I’ve Been’ private listening session — shoutout to @suddsuddsudd and then heading to Brooklyn for @kidsuper ’s @mercedesbenz collab event while him and @wisdm casually kicking the futbol around and lastly ending the night with a meeting for @gangwani_collection ’s upcoming campaigning. SOCiety, one thing mom always taught us was “don’t look like what you go through” and that phrase is such a powerful one because not only is it a saying but it’s a mindset.. when times get tough, you get more tough.. when times get hard, you go harder.. life has been so interesting these past few years if I’m being transparent — there has been ups, downs, bumps, etc. BUT ONE THING FOR SURE, God has remained faithful. I’m a living testament to his goodness fr I post what I post to always bring light, a sense of positivity, actual thoughts, ambitions, etc. to the forefront — I think sometimes we forget that this is just social media. yes, it’s a tool but who are you IRL? like do you actually put the work in? is there actually motion? are you actually kind? do you have a relationship with God? I had to face a lot of my short comings face on; which took me to get off socials and get my life right. still a work in progress.. aight, man. that was my rant for the year.
