As we head into the final weeks before #Anthropy26, I’ve been reflecting on one of my favourite sessions from last year. At Anthropy 2025, three of us were invited on stage and given just 3 minutes to answer one question: What is your vision for Britain in 2050? I was joined by Andrew Griffith, Felicity Oswald, and Sir Loyd Grossman, before a wider panel chaired by James Kidner. You can probably guess what I chose to talk about… The future of work. One of my favourite moments… every single time!!! End of cohort celebrations šŸŽ‰ Hearing what young people have gained over 10 weeks… then seeing them celebrated for showing up and committing to their growth! 10 weeks ago = strangers Now = family That’s community. @weare_the_bop said, ā€œHow do we bottle this and send it worldwide?ā€ šŸ˜‚ We’re working on it… trust me.
