Just get up and get the sh*t done, stop complaining, shut up and workout, eat, stretch, workout, then start your day, become better, progress in life by being disciplined…my breakfast today wasn’t the greatest today but I hit my macro goal…I didn’t feel like training today but I did…. You didn’t want to go to work today but you did because rent due on the 1st and you have goals you want to achieve so make your health a priority as well so you don’t have to cover up your stomach while taking pictures you can have the body that you want. You can be living a healthy lifestyle shut up and work out and put in at work.
