These stats from @hennapalosaari and @karenemiliae ’s journey through the Sunnmøre Alps on Norway’s west coast suggest there just might be.
From amazing bike rides into high valleys, to scenic campspots, and scoring late-spring powder and firn — this trip was a reminder to simply get out there, no matter the weather, and lose ourselves in nature’s ultimate playground.

One of the main project of the year is out! Winter in ice is a documentary about Juho and Sohvi (and Nova) who spent last winter in a sailboat frozen in ice in the wilderness of Greenland.
I got invited to the boat and spent a week there documenting suprisingly ordinary life in the middle of nowhere.

It has been a great two weeks of filming @arctic_lines with @anttiautti and two French mountain guides @picaherry and @laurentbibollet .
I have seen many things while filming freeriding, but these guys and their quite alpinist approach has been really on a different level. It has been really cool to document their style of climbing and riding. I have never seen riding like this before.
The film will be out in the fall and it's gonna be a good one! Easily the steepest climbs (and lines) that this project has seen.

Some are dreaming and some are already living their dreams! Juho and Sohvi (and Nova the dog) are living full time on this boat and spending this winter in ice in the vast wilderness of Greenland.
I visited them for a week and documented their (suprisingly ordinary) live in a remote and wild enviroment. Movie is coming out later this year, couple of videos for Juho's YouTube channel @alluringarctic a lot sooner.
