Had an amazing time working on this project for @theafrogames , working closely with @rolando_hudson to edit 3 content pieces. It was a tricky one because I had to adapt to the US 🇺🇸 time zone for reverts and meetings held during the duration of the shoot and post-production. All the shooting was done in South Africa🇿🇦 with the production company @tembisa_ctv and my brother @sir_mac_c . @theafrogames is a powerful platform that creates opportunities for young, upcoming basketball 🏀 players, giving them exposure, mentorship, and a chance to showcase their talent on a bigger stage while uplifting communities through sport. For the edits, I leaned into a retro-inspired visual style combined with high-paced, energetic cuts to match the intensity of the game and the youth-driven vibe of the platform. The use of bold effects, motion, and animation helped bring a nostalgic yet modern feel to the content.Something that really makes it stand out.
