What a night! 🌟 The 2026 César Awards took place yesterday at the L’Olympia in Paris, and our teams shone with the honors they received. Huge congratulations to Lise Fischer (@lise.fischer_ ) and the MPC Paris team for L’Inconnu de la Grande Arche by Stéphane Demoustier, which won the César for Best Visual Effects. This is the fifth year the award has been presented, and for the fifth time, the winning films were created in collaboration with our French teams. Congratulations as well to the TransPerfect Media teams, who contributed to Arco by Ugo Bienvenu, which received the César for Best Sound and Best Animated Feature, and to Le Chant des forêts by Jean-Pierre Valentin, awarded the César for Best Documentary Film. We are proud to have supported these remarkable projects and grateful to all our collaborators for choosing us to bring their visions to life. @festivaldecannes 2026 | 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 Tomorrow at 4PM, L’Âge d’Or by Bérenger Thouin will be presented as part of Cannes Classics at the Festival de Cannes. A bold and singular cinematic journey blending fiction with archival footage, L’Âge d’Or follows Jeanne, portrayed by Souheila Yacoub, through a century of social upheaval, from early 20th century France to wartime Europe and Brazil. MPC Paris is proud to have contributed 60 VFX shots to this extraordinary project alongside VFX Supervisor @huguesnamur and VFX Producer Loriane Lucas, produced by @gogogofilms with producer Carine Ruszniewski (@ruszca ). Our post-production teams also welcomed colorists Laurent Ripoll and Julian Nouveau to help finalize the film’s visual identity and complete its striking imagery. Our teams will attend tomorrow’s screening alongside the filmmakers and crew. Last week in Paris, the Houdini User Group (HUG) organized an event hosted by @isartdigital Paris and sponsored by @sidefxhoudini . The session included 3 conferences covering the VFX of Troll 2, Bastion 36, and Le Grand Déplacement, presented by Julien Margelin, Thomas Louisor, Antoine Vienne (CGEV), and Anthony Maalouf (One of Us). The enemy you don’t see is always the most dangerous. Benoît Magimel and Mélanie Laurent go all in in TRAQUÉS produced by @gaumont_ and now streaming on @appletv . 🎯 To match that intensity, MPC Paris teams delivered 150 VFX shots, crafting everything from muzzle flashes to CG blood, glass debris, and the brutal impact of a major car crash sequence. VFX supervision was led by @huguesnamur , with VFX production handled by @aliceneichols .
