Le souffle (2026) by Aimé Mpane @mpane.aime
To the rhythm of slow breaths, an inflatable bag supports children sculpted from matchsticks. In this installation, air is treated as a medium in its own right. Sonically, the atmosphere invites visitors to slow down and immerse themselves in the experience.

I am very happy to present you my latest work.
This 2024 series was named [Continuums] after personal reflection around being a young individual in this complex society and having limited perceptions of the world. Fears and anxieties appear here as self protective mechanisms that reduce visibility and reasoning to keep head above water.
