I’m proud and honored that I was able to get show up and support writer and mentor @karterhol today. This man has had a huge impact on my life and career. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for him. It pains me that he and his fellow writers (and actors) are having to deal with such staunch greediness.

Part two of the tale of two reels, my commercial reel. As a commercial cinematographer, the challenge is always different for every project. I'm happy I get to work with awesome directors and agencies that have made me a part of the process. Whether it's a standard americana living room or tavern in the Empire of Tamriel, I'm always looking forward to the challenge. The only thing more compelling than the work, are the awesome people that I get to work with to bring it to fruition. I'm lucky to be surrounded by so many awesome and talented people!

Cutting my reel is always challenging, but it's a humbling experience to look back on your work and remember all the people that help make it possible. I'm lucky to work with incredibly talented directors, actors, and storytellers. Not to mention the stable of other creative crew members and technicians that make it all happen.
Since it's two for Tuesday, I'm sharing two reels. First up is my narrative reel; capturing an image that tells a story is the best part of this job. Being on set and figuring out how to make it happen is a rush and for lack of a better less corny term, it is magical.

It’s bittersweet as we pack up to leave Maine. This project was challenging from every angle and we were lucky to have a cast and crew that were passionate and dedicated in bringing it to life. I’ve made friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. I'm looking forward to see it come together.

I had an incredible time shooting this music video for @terrydecastro , with @candacecason801 . This killer cover (pun intended) of Duran Duran's, A View To A Kill, was done as a part compilation of James Bond themes covered by current and former members of @weddingpresent , for the album 'Not From Where I'm Standing'. Keeping in that theme, we went for a psycedilic homage to the title sequences from the Bond franchise.
