All About Coffee! Still find it so funny how Daniel put the “no food” sign on Google Maps. Ratio is one of my favourite specialty coffee shops—and one of the few where I actually enjoy milk-based coffees. I first discovered it through the description: “the shop that makes siphon coffee.”
Siphon coffee is rarely seen in Sydney cafés, so it really intrigued me. But when I first visited Ratio, I was even more impressed by the quality and uniqueness of the coffees.
To me, the main reason behind their great coffee is the extra care and attention to detail. Every coffee feels thoughtfully crafted, each with its own story and intention—almost like a sense of tailored teaching (因材施教的感覺).
Thanks for the beautiful coffees—keep on crafting!

Ratio Coffee is one of the best cafes that I can feel the enjoyment in coffee while performing craftsmanship in each bean. (*´˘`*)
