Small group personal training starts as early as 545am and as late as 6:45pm Monday through Friday, with a couple of options on Saturday. Whether you have a time that works best for you regularly, or it changes week to week, we have lots of options to support you and your busy life. 😊

Our next “Strength Week” is upon us - a week where the workouts are designed to help us better understand what weights are best for you for a variety of different exercises.
As a facility that prides itself for having no mirrors or scales, we have a lot of clients who come to us looking to get stronger, increase flexibility, etc. Our “Strength Week” will feature a lot of the “typical” exercises you see people measure including deadlifts, chest press, etc.
Our motto is “Move Better, Feel Better, Live Better”. Being able to assess your strength (and not the scale) is one of the ways we deliver.

This information is valuable to us as it helps us identify injury risks and movement inefficiencies to be able to better personalize each workout for you. 💪
