Pushing myself beyond limits and learning to trust myself more and more because in the end, the only person you truly have is yourself. My 1st HYROX Singapore was such an unforgettable experience. Even when my right calf cramped before Station 5, it was never a reason to stop. It reminded me that life is the same, sometimes we fall, sometimes things hurt unexpectedly, but we still have hope ahead of us to keep moving forward and become better than before. Stay calm, adapt, and keep taking the next step, because in the end, only you can finish your own race. The National Stadium was incredible, the judges were kind, and every crew member was so caring and helpful. Being surrounded by supportive friends and amazing people made this journey even more special. Thank you to my fam, always supporting me:) Coaches and friends at Mova who guided me from zero and helped me learn HYROX step by step. Also to Kenshin and friend for filming my 1st Hyrox, running around there to record me, cheering for me together with my coach too🤣💪🏻 . My right calf was being dramatic… but I still finished the show. Even though a few minutes after crossing the finish line, I was lying on the floor and couldn’t walk 🤣🔥

Two dads. One mission. Bigger purpose. ☝🏻 Coming to @HyroxSG , I was fired up to go Pro Double with my partner Jay — two fathers of two, walking this journey side by side, lifting each other up every step of the way. We’ve been in each other’s corner throughout our HYROX journey, and one day we said, “Bruh… it’s time. Let’s go Double Pro.” 👊🏻🔥 We trained hard. We pushed limits. We showed up hungry — chasing that sub 1:30. And yeah, just missed it 😆 We did 1:34:26 💪🏻 But this race reminded us of something deeper — something that matters more than any finish time. This is about being strong for our families. This is about standing firm as fathers. Because the enemy doesn’t wait — he comes for the leaders first. My first Hyrox race kategori Women Open Singles 😋 di @hyroxsg Puji Tuhan finish strong finish happy ☺️ 8 KM Run (walopun di jam jadinya hampir 12KM 🙃 karena plus roxzone sama plus jarak in out station) 8 Stations , aku post fotonya sesuai urutan station 1-8, Skierg, Sled push, Sled pull, Burpee broad jump, Rowerg, Farmers carry, Sandbag lunges, Wallballs Fomo? Ntah, rasanya ngga sih, karena sebelum tau bakal diadain di Indo uda lirik2 n tanya2 juga, walopun baru mulai start latian kelas2 Hyrox di Januari kmrn ini Background banyak di lari trail, mostly long distance, main di endurance, limited speed 😂 strength baru mulai di crossfit sekitar 7 bulanan karena memang strengthku sangat lemah khususnya upper body Ikut Hyrox ini menurutku semacam fitness test, kamu bukan cuma kuat lari, bukan cuma kuat angkat beban, bisa gak ngelakuin keduanya dengan balance, bisa gak tetap lari (dengan baik) under fatigue? Dari hasil race kemarin ini banyak banget sih yang masih harus aku perbaiki 😏 Next Hyrox I still want to enjoy seperti kemarin ini, but with more effort and more structured training 💪 Thanks to @mova.active tempat aku latian crossfit yang sangat2 membantu strengthku ini yg dari minus sampe skg yg ga minus2 amat 😌 Thanks to all the coaches yang care dan support aku selama ini 🤗 Thanks juga to @f45_training_simpanglima tempatku berlatih di weekend 🤭 Last but not least thank you bojo @olfansebastian for being my number 1 supporter 😘 and for making this happen 🥰 #hyrox #hybridathlete #hyroxsg #hyroxindonesia

Starting my pregnancy journey in early 2025 🤍 This time, I’m pregnant in my thirties. It feels a little different since my last pregnancy was in my twenties 😅 But I just want to stay strong and healthy for this baby. So I’m eating cleaner and moving my body more. Here’s a glimpse of my first trimester workout with my pregnancy-certified CrossFit coach. @bastianzeller @mova.active All the movements were learned before pregnancy, just with lighter weights and a few modifications. Most important reminder: always listen to your body. ☺️
