Not every mountain looks like a mountain… sometimes it’s just the everyday stuff 🏔️ This May @mountainwarehouse have teamed up with @mindomountains for the Everyday Mountains Challenge, it’s all about getting outside a bit more and building simple walking habits 🥾It’s 300km over 8 weeks (around 5km a day), but you do it completely at your own pace, no pressure, it all counts You track everything on the @gojauntly app, it gives you loads of walking routes and little prompts along the way which actually helps you stay consistent I’ve said this before but I genuinely think getting outside and walking is one of the best things you can do for your mental health, it’s helped me more than anything🌳🍃🪵🐾 It’s running through National Walking Month and Mental Health Awareness Week, just encouraging people to get outside and feel a bit better There’s also a chance to win £300 of Mountain Warehouse kit + Go Jauntly premium memberships @mountainwarehouse #MountainWarehouse #ForEverydayMountains

An expedition to the edge of the world, but keeping warm thanks to @mountainwarehouse 🌍 I’ve just returned from an insane Arctic trip with @thelaidbackcompany , where we explored some of Svalbard’s most rural and challenging areas As expected, the weather here is not for the faint-hearted, but thankfully I was able to stay warm and dry the entire time thanks to @mountainwarehouse gear 🙌 Not pictured are the essential merino wool base layers I wore every day. And tbh, pairing those with the Supernova ski jacket, I didn’t need much else 😅 Even on a day where it was -8ºC, and that’s without wind chill 🥶 Thanks again @mountainwarehouse for keeping me warm, so I could focus on enjoying the incredible landscapes that this part of the world has on offer 🤝 #AD #MountainWarehouse #ForEverydayMountains
