A huge thanks to all the volunteers who helped on the Carran Loop trail maintenance yesterday - we spent the day trimming back hazel growth from around the trail signs to make it easier for walkers to navigate the Loop. We also repaired some of the signposts along the trail. We’re having another outdoor volunteer day next Saturday in the Burren. We’ll be returning to the Black Head Loop to finish the drainage work along the trail that we started in February (and continued in April). We’ll also do some light work trimming back overhanging brambles along the path.
