have you ever had a south asian x southeast asian dinner before? even though our supper club is SOLD OUT we still want you to hear their stories 🙂‍↕️ Tanaya Joshi, of sfoglia_club, is a fresh pasta maker inspired by Bombay, where she grew up, California, by the fresh produce, and Bologna, where she learned her pasta-making skills. she’s joined by our resident chef, Lemuel, who’s bringing his own Chinese-Filipino heritage to the menu. a perfect example of their collaboration is the 𝙨𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙢 𝙧𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙤𝙡𝙤 which features Tanaya’s hand-rolled pasta. stuffed inside is a fresh cheese made by chef Lemuel called kesong puti, which literally translates to “white cheese.” it’s a soft, creamy, unaged cheese that has a slightly tangy flavor. #sanfranciscofood #sffoodie #bayareaeats #supperclub #culinaryexperience

our BIGGEST supper club yet ✨ this week, during the @humanx AI conference, we hosted @cockroachdb for a unique supper club experience for 35 guests. we transformed @fouroneninesf in just 4 hours—everything from the entryway to the middle gallery and main dining space. our opening reception featured an oyster bar with live shucking, a custom cocktail and mocktail created by @yorkstreetsf , and wine tasting provided by @broccellars wine, followed by a seated dinner and dessert reception. below was our menu created by our resident chef, @thelightersideoftragic with desserts provided by @achefinthebaking . We did it 🥹 1 year of MOSA in our own private venue in the heart of San Francisco. In the past year we’ve welcomed over 700 guests, planned 16 private events, and sold out dozens of supper clubs. S/o to my team who I couldn’t do this without: @thelightersideoftragic for scheming up incredible menus and taking my feedback with grace @melocado_ for always being down to help and seeing the vision @feastingjess for jumping on board even as the train is moving rly fast! To all of our stages, chefs, guests, and clients, we wouldn’t be here without you. We’ve been quietly and diligently planning events and activations that feel intrinsically and creatively aligned... and a little bit different from what you all have seen so far.
