This month, we welcomed our Winter 2025 interns to Cockroach Labs.
At Cockroach Labs, our interns get hands-on experience as full-time members of our technical staff, mentorship from our world-class engineering team, and the chance to make an impact on the mission-critical database trusted by industry leaders.
At the Welcome Winterns gathering this week, we celebrated their arrival at our NYC HQ with an evening of chilling, grilling, and even competing in a chip tasting contest.
We are truly excited to kick off Winter 2025 with a phenomenal group of interns, and we look forward to seeing their contributions across the KV, SQL Queries, Storage, and Security Engineering teams during their internships.

At our Bengaluru office, we hosted a Family Day event where employees could bring their loved ones, learn about life at Cockroach Labs, celebrate success, and enjoy an evening of festivities. At our New York City, Austin, and Toronto offices, we hosted an afternoon of Diya lighting, snacks, presentations on the significance of Diwali, and activities including Tambola and trivia.
