YOUR HOMEWORK MATTERS! Preparation isn't always just reps. It's doing the homework of knowing your gear variables. Sometimes people use a different release for hunting or use a hunting buddies range finder. Maybe you haven't practiced with broadheads or lit nocks. All that matters! Doing your homework to know what's hitting the middle and what isn't are the details that matter in the moment.
The difference is clearly obvious on my entire career! This weeks School of Nock locks in on who you want to be in the field, in the outdoors and on the range!
Nothing beats putting in quiet time behind the bow during the offseason.
Slowing down, shooting, tweaking, and just enjoying the process. It’s easy to get caught up chasing the next season, but these days in the backyard or at the range are where the real improvements happen.
This off-season we’ve been focusing on fundamentals and also remembering to enjoy time shooting with the kids. Feels good to just shoot after a long work day.
