//INCOMING_TRANSMISSION:// Attention terrestrial beings: our GUNDAM-style MORPRIME bots are back again... kind of. Last year, our good friends at BSTN asked us to help commemorate the reissue of Allen 'The Answer' Iverson's famous b-ball stepper, the Reebok Question. We approached the task in true MORPRIME fashion: designing a uber-exclusive, 25-piece batch of GUNDAM Mobile Suit-inspired collectables. This time, we opted for an alternative head sculpt and painted the design in the white and blue hues of the '96 Reebok Question. Staying true to the OG, we added a metallic effect to the GUNDAM's blue panels for a colour-shifting finish. Reebok branding arrives on the chest plate, alongside a Q-Vector hit to the shoulder, and signature BSTN & MORPRIME brand hits to the rear to cement the three-way collaboration. Although primed for war, one battle got the better of this batch: international shipping. Release details for the MORPRIME X BSTN X Reebok are top secret for now. Rest assured, though, plenty more collaborations will touch down in the not-too-distant future. We're keeping tight-lipped about what's on the horizon; you'll just have to sit tight and be ready to intercept our next transmission for more information. //TRANSMISSION_OVER://

Last year, MORPRIME Industries™️ @tommy_triggah pulled off yet another INSIDE JOB. For our most recent KangaROOS collaboration, we decked the hybrid OMNI-RACER runner in a 1/400 "QUARTZ" colourway. Like our two previous posts, we're sharing never-before-seen studio shots to put our triple-threat trainer in a new light. The "QUARTZ" paid homage to iconic silhouettes that helped shape sneaker culture. Borrowing from the best, we incorporated elements from the Air Max III 'Radiant Red' (1990), Nike Air Max 1 Pink Pack 'Flamingo' (2007), and ASICS x Slam Jam 'Fifth Dimension' (2010) into the shoe's makeup. That's all for our whistle stop tour of collaborative KangaROOS. What's been your favourite INSIDE JOB release? Let us know below...

It’s been a minute, hasn’t it? We’ve been busy cooking up a big batch of beefy posts for a certain silhouette’s 30th anniversary – deep dives, design wizardry, and a mammoth photoshoot. It’s a real team effort, but trust us, it’ll be worth the wait. While that simmers in the background, here’s a little retransmission to tide you over... We’ve been digging through our archive of adi content, and we were once more drawn to the Commonwealth x adidas Consortium Response CL effort from 2020. There’s just something about an asymmetric 3-striped silhouette, isn’t there? The silhouette itself is an ode to 2000s running tech. It pulls from some adi archive oddities like the ‘03 Response Cushion and ‘07 Response Control 7. For this effort, Design Director Omar Quiambao wanted to spark up a sense of discovery – something often lost in today’s instant-access era. The contrasting palettes between the lateral and medial sides reflect that journey, inspired by the feeling of stumbling upon an oasis in the vastness of the desert. Refreshing.

Well, it’s about time we splash around in the pools of @solesensei ’s Nike SB collection again, isn’t it? You’re goddamn right it is. This time, we’re looking at the Verdy x Nike SB Dunk Low “Visty” – a fuzzy, feel-good effort that hit shelves in autumn ‘24. Inspired by Verdy’s plush character from 2021, this pair brings playful energy with pastel corduroy, furry underlays, and cartoonish details. What do you think of these happy chaps? Sound off in the comments below…

If you’re big on Nike Air Jordans, you’ll know that this year marks the Air Jordan 1’s 40th anniversary. If you haven’t already, give the brand’s You Can’t Ban Greatness advert a watch – it’s actually pretty solid. A world without Jordans. Just picture that. A fair few resellers would be out of pocket, that’s for sure. Thankfully, we live in a world jam-packed with Js, which means we also get gems like @_colorssneakers ’ stunning new sticker book: 40 YEARS OF AIR JORDAN 1 - ALBUM. And let’s be real – it’s an absolute b-e-a-uty. This 160-page collector’s album explores four illustrious decades of Air Jordan history, packed with classic colourways, defining moments, and behind-the-scenes details that helped cement the AJ1 as a global icon. But the real fun? Well, it’s in the sticker collecting, of course. With 800 to track down – including rare shiny ones – it’s a proper throwback to those days of spending your pocket money on Panini packs at the local newsagents. Joyous times. Luckily, you can still get your mitts on the album itself. But be quick, it’s limited to just 500 copies, too. So go on, get collecting. And when you’ve got swaps, make sure we’re the first to know. #BOOKCLUB

We’re back with our first Sunday Question of the year, and this time, we’re passing the mic to Nike connoisseur @bubblekoppe . He’s put together a top ten list of Nike silhouettes he’d love to see make a comeback – some serious gems in there. But now, we want to hear from you. Which long-lost model would you do anything to see back on the shelves? Maybe it’s one from Bubble Koppe’s list, or perhaps it’s a pair you sported daily until the beloved Air bubbles burst. Drop your pick in the comments below – we need to know. Bubble Koppe’s list: 📌 Nike Air Muscle Max (1996) 📌 Nike Air Total Max II (2001) 📌 Nike Air CB4 II (1998) 📌 Nike Total Air Bus Max (1998) 📌 Nike Air Max Battleforce (1998) 📌 Nike Air Ubiquitous Max (1997) 📌 Nike Air Max Panoramic (2003) 📌 Nike Air Total 9 (1998) 📌 Nike Air Max 98 TL (1998) 📌 Nike Air Aggress Force (1999) #morprimeindustries

We’re not the lovey-dovey type here at MORPRIME Industries™. But in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, we thought we’d share this pretty pink post about Shinzo Paris and Mizuno’s Contender from 2021. This collaboration blends elements from both brands’ home countries into one layered silhouette. The outer layer, wrapped in textured corduroy, nods to Parisian architecture, its subway, and freestones, while the inner layer– crafted from canvas – features a delicate print inspired by Japan’s cherry blossom season and the blushing hues of Tokyo. A hardy exterior with something softer lying beneath – kind of like a hardened heart slowly warming up as it falls in love. See? We managed to tie it back to Valentine’s Day, after all. Does anyone have a pair they’ve let wear away over time? We’d love to see them... #morprimeindustries

Are you ready to join Air Zoom Spiridon Appreciation Anonymous? Want to be one of the Spiridons? Now’s your chance because we’re dropping our first-ever limited edition tee (why we’ve waited so long, we don’t know).  We created a sneaker tee that, to the untrained eye, looks like just another graphic t-shirt. But for the real footwear heads, they’ll spot it and give you a subtle nod to say, “I see you.”  The t-shirt takes inspiration from vintage metal band tees with a slightly washed finish, while the screen-printed design nods to one of our favourite Atari games, Dragon Spirit. It’s cut from 240 GSM, 100% carded cotton for a nice, heavyweight. It fits boxy and oversized, with dropped shoulders and twin-stitched wide neck ribbing – it’s a proper decent tee.  Exclusive to morprime.co.uk.  Limited edition.  Grab yours via the link in our bio. #OURFIRSTSHIRT #MORPRIME

Join us for Part 2 of our Nike Air Zoom Spiridon series. For this post, we’ve created something we haven’t seen out there before: a comprehensive compendium of all major releases, from the OGs to the latest drops (Ver. 0.01). Whether it’s retros or collaborations, the Spiridon never fails to impress – and this lineup speaks for itself. Plus, this post will be updated throughout the year as we gather imagery from collectors across the globe, so stay tuned for more gems. The team couldn’t quite agree on an all-time favourite (it’s impossible, really), but maybe you’ve got one in mind. Let us know your top pick in the comments below. #SPIRIDON #MORPRIME #ARCHIVE
