I’m so excited to finally complete this build. I’ve been dreaming of it ever since we reviewed the Solaris and KKB Khonshu was initially revealed. I know that these two were meant to be. I couldn’t be happier with how it came out!
KKB Khonshu is designed by @moriimx and draws inspiration from the Lunar God, Khonshu. The novelties and color palette are perfectly executed in my opinion! 🌙

This keyboard caught my eye the very moment it was announced: the Space 80 Apollo‘s Cyber Armor from @graystudio01 paired with @keykobo Nichirin keycaps, designed by @moriimx (currently available from vendors like @monacokeys and @unikeyboardsofficial ). I love the design of the keyboard and its very unique features, like the super soft gasket spring-mount, the insane lighting effect, the ease of (dis-)assembly thanks to pogo pins and ball bearing locks. This is the „Top Gun“ color.

The latest from @moriimx is a light tactile that is well balanced in both typing feel and sound.
It’s clacky, but not overly so and the tactile bump is definitely light but a tad more pronounced than other light tactile switches if only just a smidge. It also has some texture/scratch that can be felt during key press which I know some folks are bound to love.
I used carbon fiber here but I think a polypropylene plate would really make these shine! If you wanna nab some head over to @unikeyboardsofficial asap 🙌🏼 thanks for looking and see ya in the next one!
