Marshall Ranger Olson - 5.1.2025 Morgan has been excited about being a mom since we first met and now I see that she’s a natural. Marshall has unlocked a new level of love in her that’s inspiring to see. This new phase of life is very different and change is always a little tough, but it’s so much easier when you have a great partner to do it with. Also a huge thanks to our loving friends and family who have been so supportive and helpful through this :) Happy first Mother’s Day to Morgan! ā¤ļø šŸ“ø: @shitinthewoods (for the good ones)

A very happy birthday shout out to my favorite person. I’m so lucky to have Caleb by my side. He doesn’t put up with my quirks, he loves me for them. Caleb I love you so so much and I can’t imagine doing life without you. šŸ“ø: @shitinthewoods

A few small moments from Western States 🄰 Crewing Caleb is one of my favorite things. If you know Caleb you know that he is extremely independent and rarely asks for help on anything. 100 miles makes a runner extremely vulnerable. One has to rely on their people to help them get to the end. It’s amazing to see how much potential Caleb has with all the possible support he could ask for:) A big thanks to everyone in the Olson corner @jacob_r_grant @julieo123 @lanceols @huwish @campjewel @runsingletrack @harriss_chriss @precisionfandh @nike It’s so fun to share in just a little bit of the success Caleb has coming for him.

A little bit of my perspective on FURTHER. Our little perogi (aka Leah) ran 400 miles! What amazed me was how every step of the way she was smiling even when things weren’t going as ā€œplannedā€ (because how do you really plan for this) we’d trouble shoot issues and she’d get back out there and knock out laps while her crew definitely and absolutely did *NOT* have any fun without her ;) Another fun little observation amongst the chaos was also getting to see Mike and Leah’s relationship up close and personal. I have always known what these two have is special but watching it up close for 6 consecutive days was something else! They bring out the best in each other the love they have is hard to describe but is almost tangible. I’m so blessed to have wonderful and inspiring people like the Mcmonilings as friends. And I can’t wait for more adventures to come our way! Listen to the long run archives on @runsingletrack for more details on the event! /episode/2GQ1ja9dUELVFX2Vst7SGF?si=Bibxv2NVQAi3sUKFfdM7pQ @lululemon #lululemonFURTHER šŸ“ø @bhornig91

Okay a little more of the dirty details of the second half of this race! Yes, I finished! After the night section I Picked up @rolonic96 who helped me stay mentally in it. After some very annoying IT issues the downhills felt impossible. The section we had was all downhill and she kept my spirits up. After that I found a new life and could smell the finish line. I followed @julieo123 (with a pic of Louis on her backpack) for the next 10 miles picking people off and increasing my confidence. Then FINALLY I got to the last section. 7 miles to go I picked up Jules. She was my anchor and carried me through. The last three miles many people from my crew hoped in including @kate.olson and @huwish . I thrived off their energy as we charged up the dreaded last climb! @highlonesome100 was one of the toughest courses you can pick for your first 100 miler. It’s has 23500 ft of gain and is all between 9-13k feet. But it was one of the most impressive races I have every been to. The aid stations and medics were top notch, the course was marked incredibly well, and the race is 50/50 split male and female. It was amazing seeing so many women ultra runners out on the course!!! Caleb Efta does an amazing job directing this race, he also makes every runner feel important. Although we just recently met, it feels as if we have been friends forever! I could not have completed this without the help and support of so many people. My crew and pacers brought me life when I thought I was done. They made this race a party which is exactly what I needed! (Featured in photo 5) My husband @calebolson123 who coached me, cleaned my feet, makes me breakfast, and rolls out my tight calves. He makes me feel like a queen šŸ‘ø @briwithaview ran this crazy hard race by my side and picked me up whenever I wanted to give up. She was my little wild flower Angel! Also, featured in the last photo @jimmyelam he won and broke the course record! He’s so cool and fast and also so humble. He makes me feel just as important. Shout out to @lululemon who helped kit me up. And had me feeling cool and comfortable all day and night long. #lululemonfurther #lululemonambassador

Too much to say about this weekend. This post covers the start to through the night of my debut 100 mile race at High Lonesome! I lived many lives through this adventure. @briwithaview and I ran pretty much the first 50 miles together. We pulled each other out of dark places and kept each other going. Coming into Hancock AS at mile 50 I was ready to give up. The high altitude was messing with my head and my stomach. But my amazing crew brought me back from the dead. With new shoes a new attitude and with @runjoj we took off for the night section. For me this was the most challenging section of the course with 50 miles already on the legs we had to climb back up to 12,000ft and traverse a gnarly ridge in the dark. Jo and I chatted the entire night. She kept me moving and kept me eating. To be continued…. @lululemon #lululemonfurther @highlonesome100 #lululemonAmbassador
