If I stepped into Zaron today, here’s what I’d focus on in 90 days. Zaron has already built trust, recognition, and strong products. The opportunity now is in the experience: how people discover, engage, and connect with the brand. For me, that comes down to three things: optimising e-commerce, re-energising the brand, and revamping social. Not a reinvention, just a sharper execution of what already works. What do you think Zaron does best? @_thebeautycode #beautystrategy #beautyindustry #nigeriabeautybrands #brandstrategy

Finally got round to trying my @omaricode purchases! The Flushed Fusion multi purpose cream in berry jam and the Lip Oil Gloss in shade rule breaker goes crazy!! Ngl, the size of the cream though? It’s tiny & but, the colour pay off is great and it’s a multipurpose product too! Could be used on the lips and eyelids, depending on what you’re going for. Omaricode really stood out to me because it seems like the focus is ā€œfresh facedā€, effortless beauty, which is really not what is ā€˜popular’ in Nigeria. I believe they are putting their spin on clean beauty but with the African women at the centre, which goes a long way in changing that narrative of clean beauty being one type of aesthetic only. And it’s not just a claim, it’s real for them as they are a vegan friendly brand! I’ve used other products like their brow laminator and lip pencils, but these two have to be my favourite! #nigerianmakeupbrand #makeupinnigeria #creamblush #lipoilgloss #cleanbeautyproducts

EstĆ©e Lauder Companies (ELC) is suing Jo Malone CBE. ELC bought the company in 1999 and have arguably spent a few 100 million into making the brand what it is today. But what are the implications of selling your business AND your name? I discuss that in this article. Main takeaway - money isn’t everything (clichĆ©, I know) The link is in my bio ! #substack #esteelauder #jomalonelondon #beautyinsights #beautylaw #beautyintelligence
