Let’s have a talk with Julian Liebig, the Regional Manager of the team.
Q: Talking about values, what message do you want to convey with your daily business?
A: As a team we value being personal but professional. A culture of wellbeing and instant feedback is important to us. We encourage speaking up and sharing our ideas with each other. These values are just as important to us internally as they are externally with our customers!
Q: What’s your motivation to go to the office every morning?
A: Helping our new and existing customers, to understand our product and how it works, is what motivates me the most. This is motivating because once they become aware of everything that is possible, we know they can get the most out of it. It is very inspiring to see where and how our product can be applied because it is so diverse!
Q: You’ve been working at EDGE Workspaces for over a year now! What made your team want to stay with us?
A: We are taking it to the next level. We will have a little universe for us where we can share feedback and communicate more openly as a team. Without having to worry about security or disturbing other coworkers around us. Moving from the coworking space to our private studio means we can also be more flexible with our customer calls.
Q: Describe your office in three words.
A: Future-focused, individual, empowering.

Happy World Animal Day! 😻 At MoreApp we care about nature. 🦜 Our MoreApp Forest in Madagascar is home to tons of endangered wildlife, like frogs, lemurs, snakes, chameleons, turtles, iguanas, and even spiders. 🐸 Animals are brought back to be nursed at the Nature Center supported by @treenation_org . 💪
Fun fact: In the MoreApp forest we have planted 130067 trees so far.
