Turned 34 yesterday‼️
33 was life changing for me. It's been years since I've had a birthday that didn't feel like it was being used to wash away the previous year. Hundreds of days in fight or flight, but now I feel so much lighter than I ever have.
I'm so thankful for family. I'm thankful for friends. I'm thankful for family dinners. I'm thankful for opportunity. Thankful for romantic and platonic love. Thankful for vision. Thankful for the good days, and even more thankful for the bad ones because one cannot exist without the other. Thankful for self resolve. Thankful for support. Thankful for Time. Thankful for healthy delusion. Thankful for luck. Thankful for favor. Thankful that I learned to give myself grace.
