The new @mondrary_ record No Better Than Man is out now! Recorded and mixed by me and @cal.mumm and mastered by @plotkinworks . This young screamo band is awesome and their album was a lot of fun to make. It was also really nice to have someone else sharing the recording duties with me this time! Calvin has been going to school for recording just like I did years ago and was already planning on doing this album but needed a better space so it was my suggestion for us to team up and do it at Magpie Cage, everyone was into the idea, and I think it worked out great! On 11/22 we are proud to announce that our full-length album, “No Better Than Man” will be released on all platforms. We put our hearts and souls into this album and are incredibly excited to finally be able to share it with you all. Thank you to @magpiecage for letting us use your incredible recording space, @plotkinworks for mastering, as well as @mattredenbo and @cal.mumm for engineering, mixing, and making our first experience in the studio one we look back on fondly. Thank you to the wonderful @moldybagelll for the artwork, her skill in photography (and running the merch booth) permeates our entire career, and it’s only fitting that she designed the album cover as well. And last but not least, thank you to anyone who has supported us by coming to a show, listening to a song, or buying merch, we could not have done this without you. Our first single “Deliverance” releases 11/8, followed by “Act of Desperation” on 11/15, with the album ultimately releasing in full on 11/22. Pre-save links will be in our bio. We are honored to be able to play our release show at @theottobar with the titans @waronwomen and @hirs666 , this will not be one to miss!
