Creation of a (fictional) visual identity for an exhibition space in Bellinzona (BeLux).
The visual identity is accompanied by a content generator (developed in Tweakpane code) that makes it possible to create posters, flyers, Instagram posts, and other communication formats.
The name BeLux encapsulates the very spirit of the space: on the one hand Be as “to be”, on the other Lux as “light”. Light becomes the guiding thread of the project, understood both as a physical and sensory element and as a metaphor for encounter, openness, and discovery.
The space indeed aims to present itself as a place of connection between people, art, and the city of Bellinzona. From this perspective, BeLux also recalls the sound of a Ticino dialect term related to “flashing headlights”: a gesture of signaling and mutual attention which, within this space, becomes a symbol of relationship, exploration, and unity.
