Archive Zero is a publication that collects YouTube videos with zero views—sampled via astronaut.io—just before they disappear into the digital void.
Each video is a message without a receiver: uploaded, public, yet unseen. Drawing from Claude Shannon’s theory of communication, the project asks what happens when a message is sent but never received. The sender exists. The channel exists. But without reception, the message remains incomplete.
By stepping in at this moment, Archive Zero turns passive loss into active preservation.
This post is just one channel of the archive’s circulation.
Rules of the Archive:
– 50 videos per edition, sampled randomly via astronaut.io
– Title, uploader, date, and caption recorded (if available)
– A single still taken from the video’s midpoint
– No skipping, no edits, no substitutions
– Distribute widely, document monthly
Distribution is preservation. By receiving this, you become part of the archive. If it matters to you, pass it on—circulate it through your own channels. That’s how this project stays alive.

This isn't just a normal print collection, each print is a unique lithographic artwork hand-pulled by me, pressed with oil based archival inks on satin sommerset paper. All prints come hand signed, numbered, and just for you guys, pre-framed, ready to hang :)
Productions of each lithographic artwork is limited to only 25. This will be the only release of Plume.

Within the Bounds features images that closely mirror reality, while Beyond the Bounds includes images that suggest what lies outside the frame, evoking ideas, context and emotions beyond the surface.
