The years have rearranged my face like a well-loved home,
not ruined, just lived in.
I’ve lived many lifetimes. Impoverished. Scarred. Shattered. Mended. Traumatized. Powerful. Vulnerable. Depressed. Angry. Adventurous. Bold. Innovative. Curious. Indoctrinated. Liberated. Unapologetic. Fearless.
Memories made through trial and error, all with no roadmap. I used to mistake attention for arrival. I used to think being seen was the same as being held.
Now I count my wealth in different measures: in what I refuse,
in what I keep, and in what I won’t trade for applause.
Self-love.
Family.
Partnership.
Integrity.
Accountability.
This is ever-growing wisdom.

If you’re in sales, here’s something they never teach you.
To be the best at sales, you must suck at sales. Stop thinking of yourself as a salesperson.
Traditional sales methods over the last hundred years have been chaotic and unsustainable. Why? Because people don’t matter to salespeople. Products and profit do. I don’t care what anyone says, this is the truth.
How I “sell” anything I create is by never trying to convince you my product should be bought or that it’s the best. I tell you the issues I’ve solved for and help you see we share the same problem. My offering is a solution without expectation. That’s it. That’s the intention behind everything I do. This isn’t about purity, it’s just me giving the most the best way I can. That matters. You matter, especially to me.
Traditional sales is rooted in extraction. It’s designed to manipulate urgency, manufacture scarcity, and exploit insecurity. It treats people like conversion metrics, not human beings with real problems navigating systems designed to drain them. That model wasn’t built for collective care, it was built to serve capital accumulation while conditioning us to believe we’re broken without the fix being sold.
I refuse that framework entirely.
I’m not here to close deals, I’m here to open pathways. Trust takes time, and the people who need what I’ve made will recognize it because it was built from the same survival, the same refusal, the same questions they’ve been sitting with alone.
This isn’t anti-capitalism posturing. Let’s not pretend we’re all not surviving a racial capitalist system, carrying bills, survival, etc. It’s what my ancestors did when they traded, built, and shared without the predatory scaffolding that came later. It’s what my community does now when we move resources without making people perform need or gratitude to access them.
You matter. This is just your reminder: surviving under colonial frameworks doesn’t mean we have to play the colonial game by its rules. 💓

Working on my new series restoring tons of historical photos of Pancho Villa unlike anything you’ve seen before.
Revolución en Retorno is an act of visual justice, archival repair, and intergenerational storytelling. I’m restoring and reanimating damaged and censored images using 3D ghost-mesh rendering, some AI enhancements, colorization, and digitally hand-painting each image in Procreate and Photoshop. I also use embodied compositing, photographing parts of my own body to fill in erased limbs, hair, fabric, or fragments in damaged originals. My flesh becomes an extension of theirs. Follow along as I unveil more pieces.
