Summer hasn’t officially arrived yet, but in South Florida it already feels like it, and with that in mind, Soleste Homestead’s pool deck is underway! All 7 residential buildings across the site have officially topped off and construction continues moving ahead.
There is still plenty of sitework ahead, but this community is steadily coming together!

We are honored to have been part of the realization of the Bay of Pigs Invasion legacy through the design of the 2506 Brigade Museum and Library.
This project represents far more than a building. It stands as a place of remembrance, reflection, and respect for the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of those who fought, and for the veterans who continue to carry that history forward.
Being entrusted with shaping a space that preserves such a meaningful chapter of history is something we are deeply proud of. Every element was approached with the intention of honoring those who served and creating a lasting environment where their stories can be remembered and shared for generations to come.
We celebrate this opening with gratitude and respect for the 2506 Brigade, their families, and the enduring spirit of freedom they represent.
April birthdays were celebrated today, and the menu was just as special as our birthday Modites. Sourdough bread, alfajores, banana bread, and sandwiches by @aya.delights were the perfect touch for our morning celebration.

Little Architects roamed our offices, building, drawing, and playing Project Manager pretend for the day. A reminder that inspiration starts early. Through sketches, questions, and big imaginations, they got a glimpse into how ideas become spaces and how dreams begin to take shape.
Who knows… one of these little designers may be leading the next great project someday. After all, a dream is where it all begins, and where curiosity turns into possibility.

Progress continues at Soleste Midtown Homestead. Buildings A1, A2, B5, B6, and the Clubhouse have officially topped off, while A3 and A4 have finished their roof slabs and are moving into the next phase of construction. Site work is also advancing, with the pool deck and mail kiosk currently underway.
Overall, the project is currently at the 50% completion mark, representing an exciting milestone as development continues to take shape. Recent aerials also show a sneak peek of the retail component as it begins to come to life.
Last week Metro Parc North reached its topping off milestone. As the next phase of the Metro Parc community, following the original 559 units, this 661-unit development continues to bring new density and activity to Hialeah’s TOD corridor, with residential, retail, and direct transit access. From the early planning stages to seeing the structure come together, it was a rewarding moment for the entire team. Brisas del Sol has been officially inaugurated, with 75% of its 110 senior living units already occupied.
Celebrating this grand opening offered an opportunity to appreciate the dedication and teamwork that made it possible. What was once a building in poor condition has been transformed into a bright, beautifully designed community for senior residents.
Located at 154 SW 17th Ave in the heart of Little Havana, Brisas del Sol is bringing renewed energy to the neighborhood. It was a lovely celebration, and we were honored to share the moment with our city officials and partners who helped make this project a reality.
