I wear all the hats here, it’s just me. So if ya take the time to read this, it’s greatly appreciated. Please take a peek at this second slide. It’s a quick little snippet that will help me, help you. It’s just T-shirts, it doesn’t need to be hard. I don’t need to hound you for required details. This list, when provided makes it quick and painless for both of us. I’m a small, owner operated shop. I handle every DM, every email, i process every order, i print every shirt with my bare hands and so on. The hardest & most time consuming part of the entire process ends up being emails. A lot of which comes for clients being un-prepared. Or just not trying. I send these details over to streamline things. This weekend i celebrated 13 years as a small business. It’s the first milestone I’ve ever celebrated, and i was able to do it alongside so much of my community, friends & family. Thank you for the support over all the years. From the bottom of my heart, it means the world to my family and i. A few hundred people in and out to support myself, my community, my friends and it was absolutely beautiful. Thanks for letting me live this little dream that is @modestmerch . It’s @vaguemango ‘s 30th and they’re throwing a birthday bash show for her. She’s been mad supportive of me & the shop for years. And her band @killmovesband rips. Had this idea to do some fun shirts for the show tonight to celebrate. Since the lineup is stacked with homies and killer bands. All proceeds after the cost of the blanks shirts goes to the band. A couple Ballpark Beatdown announcements… First off, @vulge773 is dropping a brand new track on May 22nd, making BB a single release show 😛 It’ll be live on all platforms but trust me when I say you’re gonna want to hear it live first. It goes so hard. Secondly, on a more personal note, Ballpark Beatdown is also my unofficial birthday celebration. Like a lot of people, 2025 was the hardest year of my life. I lost a lot and it fundamentally changed me. Going into 2026, I’ve got a different outlook on life and realized it way too short not to do the things and support the people that matter. I’ve always kept my birthdays low-key but this year I wanted to do something big. Not just for me, but for the people around me. That said, this show is not about me but about celebrating Chicago and her community and the people who make this city what it is. While this also isn’t a benefit show, I still wanted to give back in a meaningful way. With the help of the incredibly talented @modestmerch , we’ll have 50 limited event shirts available at the show and 100% of proceeds will go to ICIRR. Additionally I will be matching every dollar. It is fuck ICE and it will ALWAYS be fuck ICE. So get there early if you want one but please show these insanely talented bands some love too. Grab their merch and support the people making this music happen. As always, treat the venue and its staff with respect, don’t get arrested and don’t throw shit. Love y’all.
