My yay is different to your yay
4 days deep. 10 to go. Crewing really is a full time job.
My view has been the back of hercs head for 96 hours or a motorway. Or a bridge that’s no longer a bridge. Wouldn’t trade these experiences for the world.
Also 20 cans of tuna deep, and about 25 protein bars.

Trying and rating every protein bar in the world today we’re kicking the list off with the @barebells collection. There are a few more barebells that haven’t made it onto this list either cos I haven’t tried them yet or forgot when I was making this video.
Either way did I hit with this list or am I fumbling? And are there other protein bars you’d recommend I try? Cos i will try every single one
Away days in Manchester
Got the pleasure of hosting a run out of @generalstores_ as we launched @cadence
Met some cool people, ate some good food, and ran. Perfect weekend pretty much.
Also accepting jobs as a window vinyl installer
Now we head out to Greece to support my boy on his endeavours breaking a WR. Plan to meet some cool people, eat some good food & run.
Ranking the @wmmajors
Let me know if you agree with this list
My own experience based on preference but what I will say is that each of the cities were an unreal experience and not a single one of them did I NOT enjoy. They’re all unbelievable experiences and it was quite hard to list them but in no way is number 7 6 or 5 bad

Running a marathon is incredible, but the work doesn’t stop there. The next step is to help your muscle recovery, so the tasty & convenient @getprouki high protein drink is a no brainer!
*GetPRO contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium and vitamin B9 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Enjoy as part of a balanced diet & healthy lifestyle.

This isn’t to say don’t set goals. But I think God’s plan for us was never to be a “something” it was always to be a “someone”. Whoever you become can be applied to any industry. As a banker I worked hard, I acted with respect, integrity and always wanted to learn more and be the best I could be. As a runner I work hard, act with respect, integrity and want to learn more to be the best I can be.
Control the controllables. Do what you can to become who you need to be and then kick back, put your faith in God and let Him decide what that persons job title will be
Relinquish this grip you have on the need to control everything. Cos you can plan all you want but He is the best of planners. Go with the flow x
Confidence isn’t something you feel first and then act from.
It’s a track record you build. A stack of undeniable proof that you are who you say you are. Shout out @hormozi for that one.
Most people aren’t lacking confidence. They’re lacking congruence. There’s a version of them that wants the goal, and a version that keeps undermining the process - and those two are at war, creating doubt.
You can’t affirmation your way out of that. You can’t read enough books about it. You have to act with conviction. Con means with, and to have conviction is to be WITH yourself. Do what you say you will. Be on your side.
One kept promise. Then another. Then another.
Not because anyone’s watching. But because you are.
DNF - London Marathon 2026
I did not finish. I have never not finished a race before. I knew I was risking it going for another pb 14 days on from my last pb & 6 days on from boston. 3 maras in 2 weeks is not wise.
No excuses, just brutal honesty. For all the haters that said I didn’t have it, you were right. But success won’t feel as great if I can’t talk about the failures and today’s just another lesson.
I truly believe we can either learn things the hard way, or the harder way. I’m just grateful I get to learn these lessons and make these mistakes in public. So I can take you all on this journey.
I’m embarrassed, I’m in pain. And I pulled out because I don’t want to be another injured influencer who doesn’t know when enough is enough. I HATE taking a spot in a race and not finishing it but had I pushed through the last 15k I would have done more damage to my body than was necessary.
This to me was the smarter decision. This isn’t a pity post, nor do I need sympathy. But your support as always through my wins and losses are greatly appreciated. We come back stronger, we go again 🖤
