There’s a full moon in Aries, and this was my devotion: Be loud in your truth. Be big in your wonder. Be bold in your creation. You don’t need permission to shine. You just need to remember that the light in you is ancient. And every time you speak your own name with love, the universe echoes it back. 🌕🕯️ captured so beautifully by @jessejiryudavis , who somehow saw exactly what I felt and held, always, by @advancedrockcraft 🤍

Some beautiful shots captured by @chadsilva of my lead on Disneyland… It’s not every day you get to sneak out of work on a weekend during peak foliage and walk right up to a classic climb! I serendipitously stumbled upon Chad and @molliewobbles in the Nears and they gave me all the stoke I needed to send both pitches. A 4 star climb with 4 star people. Thanks again!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ANTS’ LINE 🐜🐜🐜🐜
Redpoint (finally!!!!!) ✅ Ants’ Line has been sitting on my goal list for the last year. I finally got on it at the end of last season and fell at the crux, so this one’s felt unfinished for a while. Despite yesterday’s afternoon storm, it somehow stayed (mostly 💀) dry. @arochane1 and Doug started the send train on nearby climbs, and I decided I was either going to join them or take another big ol’ whip trying. Right before the crux, while I was working up the courage to commit, I heard @cloudologist ’s voice — Nick had pulled her in on FaceTime support 😭 immediately got fired up to go for it. Swipe for the gigantic WOO once I realized I was home free 🗣️ @cam_maam behind the lens 📸 @karczilla with the belay 🤝 I love my homies and I love the Gunks!!!

Altar of Joy 🌕 The Virgo full moon reminds us that the magic is in the details and the devotion is in the practice. What rituals have been showing up in your life lately?

The disappearance of Brian McGillicuddy has stopped my world in its tracks. I met Brian in 2023. He was my ice climbing mentor and my friend, and I am so lucky to carry the memories I have with him. He brought me up my first ice multipitch. He taught me how to place ice screws and build V-threads. But more than anything, he taught me how to move through the mountains, and through life, with boldness, kindness, and curiosity. Driving to the mountains together, listening to the Grateful Dead, and sharing packs of American Spirits were among the worldliest of pleasures. I never fully expressed how grateful I was for his mentorship. When I thanked him, he’d always tell me to do the same for someone else one day. I am still praying, still holding hope for a miracle. If anyone could pull one off, it’s White Jeans Brian. I am seeing the impact he has had in our community, across the country and beyond. Seeing how many of us are connected to one another through our connection to WJB is further testament to what an incredible human being he is.

One of my goals for the season was to lead 10 different ice pitches. Really happy to check that one off today at Plattekill Falls. Anything else I get this season is a bonus 🧊⛏️❤️

Girls day out with @cloudologist 👯‍♀️ It’s so funny to me that 6 weeks ago I started telling people, “Maybe I’ll lead my first ice climb this season!” and here we are. It has been such a gift to build the skills that make these little adventures feel steady and possible, especially with a buddy who’s endlessly patient and genuinely excited to be there for it. Marissa has been part of my climbing story from the beginning, and we even shared our first time ice climbing almost three years ago to the day, which feels pretty sweet. 🤍
