In 2018 MLP Co completed the harbourfront home in the lower North Shore with the build including a multi-floor entrance with a lift shaft spanning four levels, wine cellar, comms room, feature lobby and lower entry tunnel.
The project also included a pergola with clear span views of the harbour, barbecue area, and outdoor living & dining with operable louvres overhead, perfect for entertaining and maximising the North Shore sunshine.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | Undercliff Road, Freshwater
The project scope covered the construction of a high-end architecturally designed home over four storeys with spotted gum curved ceilings, joinery, doors and windows, and class 2 off-form concrete soffits and polished concrete floors.
The spotted gum and polished concrete pairing combine two very different materials working together perfectly to create a modern and warm feel inside and out.
