We’re gearing up for a pretty special week at OnPoint Network. Earlier this year, we were honoured to be named NSW Small Contracting Business of the Year at the NECA Excellence Awards. It’s a recognition we’re incredibly proud of, and a real reflection of the effort and pride our team brings to every project.
Next week, we’ll be heading to the NECA National Awards, representing NSW and standing alongside outstanding small contracting businesses from across the country. Reaching this stage is a milestone we don’t take lightly, and we’re extremely grateful for the opportunity.
We’d like to once again extend a heartfelt thanks to NECA for the recognition, to our clients who continue to place their trust in us, and to the dedicated OnPoint team whose hard work makes achievements like this possible.

Today we held our bi-annual all-staff meeting, with special guest Justin from AJD Electrics leading a hands-on workshop in CCTV and Alarm System functionality, equipment identification, and live demonstrations in programming, diagnostics, and fault finding.
It was a great opportunity to get the whole team together, catch up, and talk all things OnPoint — while also levelling up our technical skills for upcoming projects. Upskilling our guys on-site is a big focus for us, and sessions like this help ensure they have the confidence and knowledge to deliver the best results every time.
This deeper understanding of equipment and systems also allows our team to make smarter decisions when quoting, ultimately saving our clients time and money.
