NEW PROJECT // We are pleased to have been involved with the recently completed workplace fit-out for @lci_consultants , overlooking Sydney Harbour.
LCI is a building engineering design house focused on delivering sustainable, tailored building services solutions. Their office reflects their practical and considered approach to workplace design.
MLP worked alongside the LCI team to supply a series of lighting solutions aligned with the project. The lighting scheme incorporates Modular Straw, B4 Custom Pendants, and B4 FOURdisc 900mm diameter fittings across key areas of the workspace.
A central feature of the project is the custom tube pendant design, developed by LCI and manufactured by MLP.

METAPARK - Metapark from @meyerlighting are pole luminaires with a unique design and optics that provide a high level of glare control. They blend into landscape architecture and harmonise with historical and modern environments.
There are two mounting options – a pole bracket and a shorter arm. To protect nocturnal animals and insects, the luminaires are available with warm colour temperatures and an adjustable white light option.

INVISIBLE LIGHTING - The Mini50 and Mini35 Glareless from @endo_lighting_international are an immensely popular fitting for hotel and residential projects alike. The fitting ensures ample illumination while making the fixtures seemingly disappear from the ceiling. Supporting and enhancing the effects of other featuring lighting. The standard cone has a mirrored finish, which helps diffuse light off the surface and reduces fixture presence to an absolute minimum, creating a sophisticated ceiling appearance. Also available with a black cone for a more dramatic aesthetic, and a white cone for a softer, more natural design.
In the new office fit out for Pinset Masons in Sydney, lighting designers @light_practice utilised the Mini50 to provide soft washes along the curtained walls, adding to the atmosphere without distracting from the feature lighting and the panoramic views across Sydney Harbour.

One of our largest projects to date - Set within a landmark heritage building, this Sydney workplace represents a carefully orchestrated transformation, spanning seven floors in the heart of the CBD. Delivered as a staged refit whilst occupied and operating around the clock, the project balances technical precision with a human first approach to workplace design.
The design brief was ambitious – Increase capacity, support business growth, and create an environment that attracts and retains top talent, all while ensuring uninterrupted trading operations. The result is a 9,000sqm workplace that reflects the tenant’s high-performance culture, where intensity and focus are balanced with connection and recovery.
Lighting plays a critical role in shaping the experience. From high-performance task lighting across trading areas to softer, layered illumination within breakout and social spaces, the scheme is designed to respond to the varying needs of the workplace throughout the day and night. A combination of linear systems, architectural profiles, feature elements and flexible solutions work together to deliver both consistency and moments of interest.
