this costume has been my project, my BABY, for months. after years of being told I look like this rat, I decided to OWN it. and it took a village ~
firstly photographer @bubbiesoup uummm HELLO???? the pics and edits are unreal like are you kidding me???? also it was SO much fun shooting w you finally
secondly @zimknives who custom made me the best costume prop I have ever owned. I was going to use cardboard & hot glue but he really did THAT. wood, pvc pipe, dryer hose, magnets, etc etc etc um WOW keeping this piece forever. this costume would be a fraction as good without this.
thirdly @confidentialgoods who painted my jeans for me last minute!! I literally couldn’t have done it without you!!
I am so happy and so proud of how this all came together and will forever embrace my rat lookalike. now I can move on from this hyperfixation

halloween day 10/31: tank girl
the moment I saw main street in west bend looking like this I knew I needed a photoshoot there. @lilysheaphotography came to me with this idea & blew it out of the water. I wish we had footage of all the strange looks we got during this shoot.

Jesus on the cross? more like Jesus at the Red Cross. happy Good Friday - I conquered a fear of mine & saved 3 lives plus got a t-shirt. didn’t even pass out, just almost. go donate, it was pretty easy!! (listen the wig & costume could use some work but I threw it all on quick in the rain & the driver was literally leaving but I flagged her down for these pics)

I had spent days searching for these lil rodents that appeared to everyone else naturally, and everyone knew I was desperate to see one. finally, the hotel surprised me with all this & more in my room, and after several FaceTimes throughout the week, some of my coworkers trapped one in a bush for me, called me & had me sprint over 😭😭

I love groundhogs day so here’s me popping out of the ground too (@bubbiesoup took & edited then bts of our setup in summer which was turf on top of tables in a public park with a head hole we cut out 😂🫶) I would never disrespect Punxsutawney Phil but… more winter, are you fucking with me??

10 years ago I was obsessed with gushers, living in a sorority (& frat) house, wearing wild lipstick colors often, a theatre minor, meeting Kevin G & Andrea Gibson (RIP), and perhaps most notably… still the costume queen
