Last night's dinner: one pot chicken and brown rice and a red lettuce (from my garden) salad w/beets, tomatoes, and onions. I made a very tasty homemade dressing consisting of apple cider vinegar, avocado oil, garlic olive oil, balsamic vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon, lime and mandarin orange juice with a lil pink sea salt and black pepper. I also added fresh oregano and rosemary from my garden in the dressing. I LOVE saying, "My Garden." 🥰 #dinner #supper 🍗 🥗

This was Monday night's dinner: Tasty grilled 🍤 with homemade garlic 🧈, and veggies 🥦 🌰 🍄 🌰 🫛 marinated in hot chili oil, crushed garlic and soy sauce. 🔥 I've loss 15lbs since last summer just cutting back 90% sugar. I have my moments... But if I keep sugar out of my diet for the most part, I don't need to stress if I do choose to indulge here and there. Sugar addiction is REAL. It was a struggle at first. I'm good now. But it takes conditioning your brain to stop the cravings. #grilling #healthyeating #CreolesDoItBetter ⚜️
